WestShore Luxury Homes, LLC delivers a small number of complete residences each year in the West Shore District, Bayshore Beautiful, Davis Island, and around Armature Works. Every home is designed and built to a family's brief — finished, furnished-ready, and delivered move-in complete.

The company is a joint venture with Zenun Custom Homes, founded in 2014 by Juan and Kirena Nunez. Zenun manages design and construction on behalf of WLH; WLH sources the land, structures the capital, and represents each home through delivery and sale.

We build what we would want to live in ourselves. The scale is small on purpose.
