WestShore Luxury Homes builds a small number of complete residences each year across Tampa's most established neighborhoods. Every home is built to a family's brief — finished, furnished-ready, and delivered move-in complete.

How the company is structured

WestShore Luxury Homes, LLC was founded by Tyler Lasher in 2022 as a natural extension of a decade-plus of Tampa real estate investing. The company is a joint venture with Zenun Custom Homes, founded in 2014 by Juan and Kirena Nunez. Under this partnership, Zenun manages design and construction; WestShore sources the land, structures the capital, and represents each home through delivery and sale.

The scale is deliberate. Six homes delivered since 2022, five now in construction across the West Shore District, Beach Park, Bayshore Beautiful, and Davis Island. We do not take on more than we can finish personally.

What we build

Coastal-transitional custom residences ranging from 2,900 to 5,500 square feet, in Tampa's most established neighborhoods. The material palette is restrained on purpose — real stone, real wood, standing-seam metal roofs, impact-rated black-framed windows, honed limestone and unlacquered brass in the interiors.

We build the way we would want to live: rooms that hold up to real life, a covered lanai that gets used more than the formal dining room, a kitchen that works when the whole family is home. Every home is unique — never a cookie-cutter approach.

Where we build

The West Shore District, Beach Park, Bayshore Beautiful, Davis Island, and the pockets around Armature Works — Tampa's most walkable, mature, and land-constrained neighborhoods. We do not build outside South Tampa.

How we sell

Chris Schaefer of Impact Realty represents our finished homes and works directly with buyer's agents. Homes may be reserved during construction or purchased as-completed. Every buyer works directly with Tyler through delivery.
